Let's think together about the future of public buildings in Hama's Hako Yokohama Newsletter (Vol.1-3)

　Many of the public buildings owned by Yokohama City were constructed during the period of rapid population growth, and the need for conservation and redevelopment. In addition, in Yokohama City, it is expected that the working-age population will decrease and the proportion of elderly people will increase further in the future with the decrease in total population. Along with this, city tax revenue has decreased and social security expenses have increased, and a chronic shortage of income and expenditure is expected.
