Environmental monitoring plan

In the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for Public Water Reclamation Project in the Shinhonmokufuto District of Yokohama Port, the Company voluntarily conducts environmental monitoring surveys at appropriate stages during the construction period for items deemed necessary by the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (conservation City) based on environmental conditions prior to construction. The results of the "Environmental Monitoring Survey" will be used to review the application method and strengthen environmental conservation measures. The “post-survey” in Article 32 of the Ordinance of the competent ministry has not been conducted for the following reasons as a result of examining the necessity.
①There is no possibility that the degree of environmental impact will be significant.
②There is no selection item with a large degree of uncertainty in forecasting, and knowledge on the effects of environmental conservation measures has been obtained.
③Do not implement compensation measures
