■　Purpose

　This development project proposal (hereinafter referred to as “business proposal”) is based on the future image of the Uchiko area, the concept of Yamashita-Futo redevelopment (excluding those based on the Act on Promotion of the Development of Specific Complex Tourist Facilities Areas), the image of land use, We have you show the facilities to be introduced, the feasibility of development, etc., and while conducting dialogue with theYamashita-Futo.
