Taking advantage of the excellent location characteristics of Yamashita-Futo's vast development space and quiet water areas, we will promote redevelopment to create a new bustling base in the coastal area of Tokyo, which will serve as a growth engine for Yokohama.
For this reason, in order to realize the redevelopment plan, we will formulate a basic plan for development, including the direction of development and land use plans. Please give us your feedback to make the plan better.
The basic plan (draft) for asking everyone for their opinions was reviewed and compiled by the Yamashita-Futo Development Basic Plan Review Committee*, which is made up of experts.
