Completion inspections at various locations in the building have been completed, and the completion was successfully completed on January 31. In the future, we will move forward sequentially from April, and we will start full-scale operations in June.

With this, it is the last time to deliver the situation at the site. Thank you very much for watching over the long time.

The Parliament building is proceeding with furniture construction in the parliament building.
In low-rise areas, we are working on floor finishing work and furniture work.
In the exterior, we are proceeding with planting work for Nakatakagi.

In addition, completion inspections are being carried out atrium and underground locations.

In the administrative building, finishing work has been almost completed up to the upper floor, and completion inspections are underway.
We are working on finishing the floor of the atrium.
The Parliament Building is working on finishing walls and flooring in the parliament.
In low-rise areas, we are working on finishing and equipment for walls, floors, and ceilings.
Underground, we are working on finishing walls, floors, and ceilings on both the first and second floors below.
In the exterior, we are working on planting Takagi.

We are working on finishing work such as carpets to the upper floor of the Gyosei Building.
In the atrium, exterior walls and ceiling construction are progressing, and the scaffolding is being dismantled and floor equipment is being constructed.
The Parliament Building is working on walls and ceilings in the parliament.
Underground equipment construction on the second basement floor is progressing, and wall and floor finishing work is underway. The first basement floor is under construction of ceilings and equipment.

In the Gyosei Building, interior work and equipment work have progressed to the upper floors, and unit work such as toilets is being promoted.
Atrium (covered open space), we are working on glass work on exterior walls and ceiling work.
The Parliament Building is proceeding with the interior work of the parliament building.
Underground, the partition work on the second basement floor has progressed, and equipment work has begun. The first basement floor is under construction of ceilings and equipment.

In the administrative building, interior and equipment construction are progressing, and the floors, ceilings, and partition walls of the office are being completed.
Atrium (covered plaza) is engaged in roof construction and exterior wall glass construction.
In the assembly building, waterproofing of the roof and glass work on the outer wall progressed, and the scaffolding was partially dismantled and the exterior was visible. Inside, we are proceeding with equipment and interior work.
Underground, the partition work on the second basement floor has begun. The first basement floor is undergoing interior work and equipment work.

The government building is working on waterproofing work on the roof and installing solar panels.
Inside, we are proceeding with interior and equipment construction.
Atrium (covered open space), steel construction has been almost completed, and toplights have been installed.
The Parliament Building is engaged in waterproofing work on roofs, glass work on outer walls, equipment work, interior work, etc.
Underground, the skeleton work on the second basement floor has been almost completed, and waterproofing work is underway in the pit. The first basement floor is undergoing interior and equipment construction.

The government building is working on waterproofing work on the roof and installing solar panels. In addition, a new medium-sized tower crane was assembled to dismantle the large cranes that had been used so far. Inside, we are proceeding with interior and equipment construction.
In the atrium (covered plaza), steel construction was promoted, and the shape of the roof was almost visible.
The Congress Building continues to promote roof work, exterior wall work, equipment work, interior work, etc.
In the basement, the frame work on the second basement floor is approaching the end. On the first basement floor, we continue to work on equipment and interior work.

In the Gyosei Building, the outer wall panel of the tower was installed and completed to the top. We are also proceeding with the construction of a heliport. In addition, steel construction was completed in March, and the dismantling of the tower crane has also begun.
We are working on steel frame construction at the atrium (covered square).
The Congress Building continues to promote roof work, exterior wall work, equipment work, interior work, etc.
In the basement, we are continuing to work on the skeleton on the second basement floor, equipment on the first basement floor, and interior work.

The outer wall panel was installed from the 30th floor to the 32nd floor on the top floor, and steel frame construction was completed at the tower.
In addition, at the foot of the Gyosei Building, the steelwork of the atrium (covered plaza) has begun. At the same time, we are building a temporary scaffold to install the roof.
The Congress Building continues to promote roof construction, exterior wall construction, and equipment construction.

The administrative building has undergone steel frame construction on the 30th to 32nd floors, and has been completed to the top floor. The tower crane will also climb to the top floor, and the remaining tower will be constructed with steel frames. The exterior wall panels were installed from the 18th to the 22nd floor.
In the assembly building, steel construction was completed to the roof, and a deck on the roof was laid.
In the basement, we are continuing to focus on skeleton construction on the second basement floor and equipment plumbing on the first basement floor.

The administrative building has completed steel frame construction on the 27th to 29th floors, and is also proceeding with floor construction, fireproof coating work, and partition work. In addition, exterior wall panels were installed from the 14th floor to the 17th floor.
In the parliament building, steel frames have been assembled up to the roof on the 8th floor.
In the basement, excavation work has been almost completed, and we are focusing on skeleton work on the second basement floor and equipment plumbing work on the first basement floor.
