 Yokohama City is examining the maintenance of a new city hall in order to solve issues such as the decentralization of offices.
 Commercial functions will be introduced for the purpose of creating bustle in the low-rise part, and we plan to make it a place open to citizens integral with the atrium (covered plaza) and other citizen use functions. .
 Therefore, through “dialogue” with private businesses, etc., we conducted a “Sounding-type market survey” to widely ask for free and feasible maintenance ideas regarding commercial functions concepts and business methods, etc. It will be a reference at the time of
