April 1, 1939 (Showa 14) | A part of Tsuzuki-gun will be transferred to Kohoku Ward and Kamakura-gun to establish a new Totsuka Ward. | 7 wards |
December 1, 1943 (Showa 18) | Naka Ward will be reorganized and Minami Ward will be separated. | 8 wards |
April 1, 1944 (Showa 19) | Naka Ward will be reorganized and Nishi Ward will be separated. | 9 wards |
