About service by reservation system

Since there are many materials that need to be ordered in the Yokohama City History Archives, we will guide you through the use of services based on "prior reservation priority". Please note that if you come to the room without a reservation, we may inform you on another day due to ordering depending on the materials you wish to view.　We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(1)By the day before the desired date of use, please provide "desired time zone", "user name", "number of users", "contents of materials you want to use", and "contact information (for FAX number must also include fax number)".
(2)Please apply one of the following methods to make reservations.

(3)Up to 4 people can be used per reservation.
(4)Please note that if the desired time zone reaches the number of people that can be used, you will need to select another time zone.
(5)At each time of day, those who have made a reservation in advance can use the browsing and copying service of materials.
