Services by reservation system

The Yokohama City History Archives has many materials that need to be ordered, so we will guide you to use the service with "priority to advance reservations". Please note that if you come to the room without a reservation, depending on the materials you wish to browse, we may guide you on another day due to the order.　We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. Application for special use of materials and provision of materials by visiting the room (Because it may take a few days (hours) to provide materials, especially when using materials by posting in publications or broadcasting, etc. Please consult us about how to use it by e-mail.)

(1)By the day before the desired date of use, please tell us the "desired time zone", "user name", "number of users", "contents of materials you want to use", and "contact information (for faxes, be sure to include the fax number)"
(2)Please apply for the reservation method using one of the following.

(3)You can use up to 4 people per reservation.
(4)Please note that if the desired time zone reaches the available number, you will have to select another time zone.
(5)At each time of day, those who make advance reservations can use the browsing and copying service of materials, etc. preferentially.
