Agreement on Friendship and Exchange with Showa Village

　Yokohama City and Showa Village have long been centered on children since the establishment of the Yokohama City Mount Akagi Citizen Outdoor Activity Center (currently Yokohama City Shonen Nature House Akagi Rinkan Gakuen) in Showa Village in 1972. We visited each other and actively cooperated in the event of an earthquake, deepening our bonds and continuing various exchanges while respecting each other's climate and regional characteristics.
　Based on the friendship that we have cultivated so far, Ryoichi Ichimura will deepen mutual understanding and friendship in the future, strive to revitalize the region through exchanges, contribute to further prosperity of each other's prosperity, and promote friendship for a long time. In order to carry out, we will conclude an agreement on the following matters.

1. Both Ichimura will strive to promote active exchanges between citizens and villagers and to ensure sustainable friendship exchanges.
2. Ryoichi Ichimura will cooperate with each other in various fields such as the environment, economy, agriculture, tourism, culture, sports, and other various other fields, and strive to revitalize the region.
