Agreement on Friendship and Exchange with Doshi Village

　Yokohama City and Doshi Village have been united through water since the Doshi River in 1897, they have been connected by a solid bond through water. In the meantime, Yokohama City has been an international port city, and the water source Michishi Village has been a green and clear stream town, respecting each other's climate and regional characteristics.
　In the 21st century, which is said to be the age of the environment, Ryoichi Ichimura will deepen mutual understanding and friendship, work to revitalize the region, contribute to each other's prosperity and happiness, and engage in friendly exchanges for a long time. To conclude an agreement on the following matters.

1. Both Ichimura will strive to promote active exchanges between citizens and villagers and to ensure sustainable friendship exchanges.
2. Ryoichi Ichimura will cooperate with each other in various fields such as the environment, economy, tourism, culture, sports, and other various other fields, and strive to revitalize the region.
3. Both Ichimura strives to bring mutual prosperity and happiness through mutual understanding.
