Do you know "Ann Conscious Bias"?

One of the reasons why the progress of gender equality efforts has not yet been made is the presence of fixed role-sharing consciousness by gender and unconscious assumptions (Ann Conscious Bias).

According to a survey by the Cabinet Office, about 30% of men have been determined that men should work and support their households, and about 40% of women say, "housework and childcare are women. Should do "

In order to create a society where diverse choices can be realized regardless of gender, it is important to eliminate such gender-based fixed roles and unconscious assumptions.
