Eradication of Violence against Women
Last Updated October 25, 2024
Movement to Eliminate Violence against Women
The purpose of exercise
Violence is by no means acceptable, regardless of the gender of the subject, the perpetrator, or the relationship of the victim, but in particular, violence (DV) from spouses and partners, sexual offenses, stalking, prostitution, human trafficking, sexual harassment, etc. Violence against women significantly violates the human rights of women and is an important issue to be overcome in forming a gender equality society.
The government has set a period for the campaign to eliminate violence against women, and will further strengthen efforts on the issue of violence against women, such as raising social awareness.
