Extraction method	Random sampling by Basic Resident Register
Survey method	Distribution and collection by mail
Survey period	From August 18 to September 1, 2014
Results of collection	932 valid respondents, valid response rate 31.2% ※Of the 3,000 subjects surveyed, 14 were absent from Address, so the number of subjects surveyed was 2,986.
