Survey target	3,000 women aged between 20 and 49 living in Yokohama.
Extraction method	Random sampling by Basic Resident Register
Investigation method	Distribution and collection by mail
Survey period	From August 18 to September 1, 2014
Recovery results	932 valid respondents, 31.2% effective response rate ※Of the 3,000 survey subjects, 14 were absent from Address.
