・ If the plan itself is unreasonable, it must be implemented. I don't think there is a sense of unity as the Faculty of International Science.
・ I think it is important to prepare an improvement reform report properly and shorten the time (for raising awareness).
・ Students enter the school with the intention of becoming a new school, but if faculty and staff remain old, I think it is a pity for students.

2. Efforts to achieve goals related to educational content, etc.

・ Although various self-evaluations of corporations have stated, there are some initiatives that have not yet been implemented. I have the impression that there are too many things to do and the system is not in place.
・ In particular, teacher evaluation is a naive issue. The plan must be evaluated as C. It may be necessary to change the plan, but it is not possible that the change will slow down your efforts.
・ It is important to raise teachers' skills, that is, to raise teachers' awareness, but it is a problem with an unreasonable plan.
・ Improvements in management, such as monthly financial results, have been made, so why not divide personnel-related into C evaluation and others into B evaluation?

・ Disaster prevention is very good, but we need to pay more attention to the comprehensive crisis management system.

It's slow to see the manual when the content is not in mind and something happens. I want you not to turn it into a skeleton.
