２．About the performance evaluation of work in the annual plan of Yokohama City University in 2005

(I. Efforts to Achieve Objectives to Achieve University Management)
・Responding to student mental health issues is an important issue, including learning guidance, and we would like to make efforts for proactive efforts in the future.

(II. Efforts to Achieve Goals for Community Contribution)
・The fact that we are strengthening our efforts for lifelong learning, such as moving a lifelong learning base to the Minato Mirai 21 district, can be highly evaluated as a public university. I would like to look forward to the future.

(IV. Efforts to Achieve the goals of the University Hospital)
・We hope that the authority granted to the hospital director will be further clarified and that leadership will be demonstrated even more.

(V. Efforts to Achieve Corporate Management Targets)
・I would like to make efforts to advance concrete system design at an early stage for the development of the tenure professor system.

(VIII. Budget, Income and Expenditure Plan and Financial Plan)
・It can be evaluated to a certain extent that a profit of about 800 million yen has been generated due to corporate management efforts such as cost savings and acquisition of external funds.
