(2) About the concept of evaluation of the Yokohama City Public University Corporation Evaluation Committee and how to proceed (revised plan)

・If the evaluation items are set to 11 items, it may be difficult to evaluate because one item is too large.
・I would like the corporation to report to some extent in detail.
・There may be a number of items described in the table of contents in the fiscal year plan.
・When evaluating as objectively as possible, it is necessary to judge comprehensively by dividing it into certain items.
・The process from self-evaluation submitted by the corporation to the evaluation results performed by the corporation evaluation committee must be shown so that it can be understood.
・What is the relationship between the evaluation results for each fiscal year and the medium-term plan? Also, what is your position in the medium-term plan as a whole?
・If the evaluation items are too large, you do not know what to ask during the interview.
・While implementing it for the time being, we will summarize it in the final form including the explanation of the process.
・There is a method of putting out the evaluation items in more detail, but it may be possible to have them submit them as reference materials as necessary and respond accordingly.
・It is also necessary to show that the medium-term target is proceeding smoothly.
・Education and research are to be conducted by a certification and evaluation organization, but isn't education and management integrated?
・It is important to check the progress of the plan through the evaluation of A to D, and if the evaluation of C or D is made, a detailed description such as "Why could not be done" is required. In some cases, there may be a change in the plan.
