In Yokohama City, overseas offices play a central role in supporting the global expansion and sustainable growth of city companies, in cooperation with related organizations, the aim of supporting the global expansion and sustainable growth of local companies. We are promoting initiatives to promote employment in companies in the city.

We hold job fairs for overseas university students and international students, where companies in Yokohama explain their business content and recruitment information.

In cooperation with overseas university institutions, we hold seminars for local university students and international students to introduce the appeal of Yokohama City, how to work in Japan, examples of employment of foreign human resources, etc., and provide opportunities such as career fairs. Through seminars, etc., students learn about Yokohama City and are interested in participating in job fairs held by the city, creating opportunities for encounters with companies in Yokohama.
