The 1st International Convention "Y-SHIP" was held!

On Thursday, March 23, 2023, the first international convention "Y-SHIP" (Yokohama Showcasing Highly Innovative Pioneers) was held.
This conference was launched with the aim of becoming a city where companies and people from Japan and abroad meet in Yokohama, creating new value and further contribute to solving global issues.
On the day of the event, speeches and panel discussions will be held by embassy officials and people related to overseas who are active in Yokohama, as well as a place for various stakeholders to interact with each other. It became a place to widely disseminate the charm of

Global leaders from all over the world gave a speech on global trends, the role of cities, and expectations for Yokohama, which aims to become an international business hub.

[Panel Discussion]

Panelists from overseas who are active in Yokohama were invited to discuss Yokohama's various attractions as a business and comfortable living base. In addition, Alex Lamiles was appointed Ambassador of Yokohama Global Partnership Ambassador to the realization of an international city that connects and connects from around the world.

Business Session:

Participants from overseas startup ecosystem who are interested in collaboration with Yokohama, discussed their expectations for collaboration with Yokohama.
