[Housing and Architecture Bureau] We are recruiting temporary appointment staff (CASBEE Yokohama, Energy Conservation Examination Business). Temporary appointment staff is a temporary staff member who is appointed when vacancies occur due to maternity leave, etc., and an alternative staff is required, and engages in the same duties as full-time employees.

Examination of notification and permission applications based on the Building Energy Conservation Law, contact with this, and business response

1. A person who has been engaged in building design, construction supervision, etc. for at least three years at an architect office specified in Article 23 of the Architect Law or a business office of a construction business stipulated in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Business Law
2. At a designated confirmation inspection organization stipulated in Article 77-18 of the Building Standards Act or a registered house performance evaluation organization specified in Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Housing Quality Assurance, etc. Person who has experience in
