Duties
Work related to labor and personnel affairs of Transportation Bureau staff
(1) Thing about calculation, payment such as salaries of the staff
(2) Calculation and payment of taxes, social insurance, etc.

(4) In addition, support necessary for personnel affairs section operations
Recruitment requirements
All of the following requirements must be met.

Working conditions
(1) Identity
General part-time employees based on Article 22-2, Paragraph 1 of the Local Public Service Act

City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau (19th floor of City Hall) (6-50-10 Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
Directly connected to the 1C entrance of Bashamichi Station in Minato Mirai Line
Alternatively, a 3-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station on the JR/Municipal Subway.
(4) Employment period
From January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023 (FY2022)

(5) Salary
218,100 yen per month (* However, the amount varies depending on your background, etc.)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, and term-end allowance are provided in accordance with separate rules.
(6) Number of working days
As a general rule, work 5 days a week (no work on Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29-January 3))
(7) Working hours
7 hours and 30 minutes per day, as determined by the director of the department
(8) Vacation
There are annual leave (1 day) and other special leave
(9) Others
Joined Yokohama City Employees Mutual Aid Association, employment insurance, Employees' Pension Insurance and City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau Health and Welfare Association

Selection method
[Primary Selection: Documents]
Entry Sheet (Preliminary Issues)
※We will notify you of the pass / fail of the primary selection by Friday, December 16, 2022.
[Second Selection: Interview]
Interviews will be conducted for those who have passed the primary screening.
Wednesday, December 21, 2022 Location and time will be notified separately.
※1. Pass / fail will be notified by Monday, December 26, 2022.
※Successful applicants will receive physical checkup at a later date.
