Major changes in FY2024 (planned)
We will expand "Employment exams that are easy for private companies to take"!
In Yokohama, the importance of human resources who have a proactive stance toward the realization of "Yokohama, a city that opens tomorrow," the importance of human resources who can respond to diversifying and complex administrative needs is increasing year by year. Based on this background and the situation in which competition for human resources acquisition among the national government, other local governments, and private companies, we will review the recruitment test in FY2024.
[Points of Change]
Oh Expand SPI test
We will expand the number of examinations in which the primary examination subjects will be limited to the aptitude test (SPI3) (hereinafter referred to as SPI).
Oh Additional exams for technical positions
Regarding the technical occupation test to be conducted in the spring, we will conduct a new professional recruitment test with only SPI.
Oh Partial abolition of education and research papers
Except for some examination categories, the “education” and “dissertation” of written exam subjects will be abolished, except for some examination categories.
