Major changes in FY2025
We will establish a new recruitment test utilizing recommendations from universities, etc.
In Yokohama City, in order to respond to the early and prolonged job hunting and to reduce the burden on students due to job hunting, in addition to the existing exams from FY2025, we will create a new recruitment test utilizing recommendations from universities and other institutions for some technical positions.
Through this initiative, students who have finally passed the exam will be able to use the last year of their student life for research activities and academic work.
In addition, as in the previous fiscal year, we will review existing tests so that they can be more challenging.
[Points of Change]
〇 Establishment of a university graduation recruitment test [university recommendation frame]
The first exam is for document screening only! We will conduct new recruitment tests for civil engineering, machinery, and electrical jobs using recommendations from universities.
〇 Partial abolition of education and thesis (or composition)
Regarding recruitment examinations such as high school graduates and license qualifications, except for some exam categories, "education" and "thesis (or essay)" of written exam subjects.
I will do it.
〇 Relaxing the total number of years of service history
Relax the total number of years of continuous employment experience for working employment examinations.
In addition, recruitment tests for the employment ice age generation will be integrated into existing adult recruitment tests.
