Major changes in fiscal 2024
We will expand the recruitment test that is easy for those who want to be a private company to take!
In Yokohama City, the importance of human resources who have a proactive stance and can respond to diversifying and complex administrative needs is increasing year by year toward the realization of “Yokohama, a city that opens tomorrow”. Based on this background and the situation in which competition for human resource acquisition among the national government, other local governments, private companies, etc. is becoming increasingly severe, we will review the recruitment test in FY2024.
[Points of Change]
〇 Expansion of SPI test
Expand the number of exams that use only the aptitude test (SPI3) (SPI) for primary exam subjects.
〇 Added exams for technical positions
Regarding the technical occupation test to be conducted in the spring, a new adult recruitment test will be conducted with the primary test only as SPI.
〇 Partial abolition of education and thesis
Except for some examination categories, "education" and "thesis" of written examination subjects will be abolished for recruitment examinations such as university graduation degree.
