Reemployment of Yokohama City staff

In Yokohama-shi, about reemployment of the staff (section manager level or higher) retiring from city, we establish "handling summary about reemployment of Yokohama-shi staff" and announce the reemployment situation and ensure the transparency and reliability I am working hard.

Major system contents

1.Selection by Motoichi affiliate and other groups
Depending on the selection (interviews, etc.) conducted by Motoichi affiliates or other groups, the availability of the staff is determined.

2.Announcement of reemployment status
July every year ※In addition, we publish the situation of reemployment on Motoichi homepage and offer for reading in citizen information center (Yokohama-shi Government building the third floor).
※In fiscal 2020, it was announced in August due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
3.Restrictions for reemployment at a private company
Retirement employees are, in principle, refrain from reemployment at a company that is closely related to their duties in the previous five years in Retirement.

1.Regardless of whether or not they intend to re-employment (*), all employees who are planning to retire at a section manager level or higher at the age of 60, regardless of whether they intend to re-employment (*).Retirement In addition, employees who wish to retire before retirement age after the age of 60 and who were in a section manager level or higher at the age of 60, submit the “Application Form for Registration of Retirement Intention and Human Resources Information Registration Application Form (Form 1-2)”.
※If you do not intend to re-employment, you will also be registered as information for the retired employee.

2.Motoichi affiliates and other groups (hereinafter referred to as "groups") who wish to hire Motoichi Retirement staff submit "job information registration application (style 2)"
※As a general rule, we will submit via the Ward Bureau Personnel Section in charge of groups.

3.4. When providing information on human resources that match the recruitment information of groups, etc., provide human resources information to groups, etc., while coordinating (exchange of opinions, etc.) with the Personnel Section of the Ward Bureau in charge of the organization, etc. (Interview) Request adjustment of the schedule.

5.Groups will inform the Personnel Section of the selection (interview, etc.) schedule via the Personnel Section of the Ward Bureau, which has jurisdiction over the organization.

6.We will inform you of the recruitment information of organizations and selection (interviews, etc.) via the Human Resources Division of the prospective Retirement.

Organizations will conduct a selection (interviews, etc.) and report the results of the selection (acceptance or rejection) to the Human Resources Division via the Human Resources Division in charge of the organization, and will contact the person in charge of the prospective recruitment person.

9.Groups and prospective hires confirm the contents prescribed in the "Handling Guidelines for Reemployment of Yokohama City Staff" and "Summary of Personnel and Salary Standards of Officers and Staff of Affiliated Organizations and Salary Standards" and submit a confirmation letter (Form 3 or Form 4) to the Human Resources Division via the Personnel Section ofRetirement.

10. We will announce the new employment status. (Every July*)
