　Yokohama City is considering the development of a complex facility (tentative name) with Toyooka Elementary School (Tsurumi Ward), Tsurumi Library, Tsurumi Nursery School, Tsurumi Residents' Activities Center, and private facilities.
　For the formulation of the basic concept, we conducted a sounding-type market survey to ask ideas from private businesses regarding the creation of facilities and business schemes for their realization, and will announce the results.
