(Tentative name) We will announce the results of a sounding-type survey ("dialogue" with private businesses) for the development of the basic concept of the Toyookacho complex.

　In Yokohama, we are considering the development of a complex (tentative name Toyookacho complex) with Toyooka Elementary School (Tsurumi Ward), Tsurumi Library, Tsurumi Nursery School, Tsurumi Ward Residents' Activities Center, and private facilities.
　In order to formulate the basic concept, we have conducted a sounding-type market survey in which we ask for ideas from private businesses regarding the creation of facilities and business schemes for its realization, and will announce the results.
