"Hato de Volunteer-Summer Vacation Volunteer Experience for Junior and Senior High School Students-" Recruitment of participants!

Since 2008, Tsuzuki Ward   has been conducting “Hato de Volunteers: Summer Vacation Volunteer Experience for Junior and Senior High School Students” since 2008 to encourage junior and senior high school students to interact with people and local people who have little opportunity to participate in volunteer activities during the summer vacation. In addition, since 2016, "pre-courses for elementary school fifth and sixth graders" have been held at the same time. In the past 12 years, a total of approximately 2,300 elementary, junior high and high school students have participated.
There are more than 100 experience programs every year, but for this fiscal year, we have reduced the scale while paying attention to measures against COVID-19 infection and heat stroke prevention, and we have prepared an experience program of 12 (pre-course 11) mainly for outdoor activities.
