Tsurumi Ward formulated the Action Plan for Promoting Multicultural Symbiosis in Tsurumi Ward in 2008, and has been promoting the development of a city where everyone can live easily.
Fifteen years have passed since the action plan was formulated, and the number of foreigners has increased, and the situation in the ward has changed. We have formulated the "Tsurumi Ward Multicultural Basic Guidelines for Symbiosis".
Based on these guidelines, Tsurumi Ward will continue to promote measures in cooperation with local communities, businesses and organizations to further develop a multicultural society.
