In Yokohama City, we conduct a staff fullness survey once every two years to understand staff's awareness of work and awareness of issues, and to promote city-wide organizational improvement, organizational management improvement, and business improvement in the workplace. We disseminate the results in the agency and use them to improve operations and systems. .
