　In order to ensure the proper handling of personal information, the Third-Party Evaluation Committee on the Protection of Personal Information (Chairperson Toshinori Nakamura), a subcommittee of the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council (Chairman Toshinori Nakamura), conducts on-site surveys of Yokohama's business sites and compiles reports.
　In 2023, we conducted a field survey on personal information handling office work at elementary schools and junior high schools, and the report was submitted to the mayor today.
　In the future, the mayor will report the results of the measures against the proposed opinion to the council.
