The Yokohama City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Examination Committee (Chairman Shizuo Fujiwara) today submitted the following three reports, and has determined that The Mayor of Yokohama made a decision to partially correct personal information, partial disclosure decision, and partial disclosure decision is appropriate.
