In 2021, the "Spot Survey Report on Personal Information Handling Office" was submitted to the mayor by the Chairman of the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council.

　In order to prevent reoccurrence of personal information leaks and ensure proper handling of personal information, the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") is a subcommittee of the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Third-Party Evaluation Committee", chair Kashima Yasuji every year, conducts on-site surveys of business sites in Yokohama City and summarizes reports.
　In fiscal 2021, we conducted a field survey of personal information handling affairs related to the ward office Children and Families Support Division business, and today the report was submitted by the council to the mayor.
　In the future, the mayor will report to the council the policy of responding to the proposed opinion. In addition, the contents of the report will be disseminated to each workplace and used for each work.
