One year has passed since the Seya Kumin Cultural Center Hydrangea Plaza was born at the south exit of Seya Station in March 2022.
The gallery is one of the largest in the city, and it has become a base for art and culture in Seya Ward.
To celebrate this first anniversary, we will hold Plaza Art Week 2023, "A festival of art that all inhabitants can enjoy".
Young musicians and local organizations from Seya Ward will liven up the event, including exhibitions of public recruitment.
A special event for Yokohama scarf will be held after Seya Ward, where raw silk production was flourishing.
