One year has passed since the "Seya Ward Cultural Center" Hydrangea Plaza "" was born at the south exit of Seya Station in March 2022.
Utilizing one of the largest galleries in the city, it has become a hub for art and culture in Seya Ward.
To commemorate this first anniversary, we will hold the Plaza Art Week 2023, "Art Festival for All Residents to Enjoy".
Seya Ward young musicians and local groups will liven up the event, including exhibitions of public recruitment.
A special project for Yokohama Scarves will also be held after Seya Ward, where raw silk production was flourishing.
