On March 1, 2022, the 11th inhabitant of a ward Cultural Center (nickname: Hydrangea Plaza), will be born in Seya Ward.
The center is equipped with a `` gallery '', which boasts the largest area of the inhabitant's cultural center in the city, and a `` music multipurpose room '' with a lift-up stage, etc. We will nurture people-to-people, people and people-to-local connections.
At the same time, various events such as concerts, vaudeville, and workshops will be held as opening events to celebrate the opening of the center with the residents of the city.
※The opening ceremony scheduled for February 23, 2022 (Wednesday/holiday) and the preview scheduled in (Sun) on February 26 (Saturday) and 27, 2022, will be canceled due to the rapid spread of the new coronavirus infection.
