To create bustle around Seya Station and create a winter attractive spot in the ward
This is the second illumination will be held in front of Seya Station North Exit Station.
This year, we will promote the International Horticultural Exposition to be held at the former Kami-Seya Communication Facility in 2027.
A special decoration with a promotion logo mark is also available! Colors Seya's winter gorgeously.
On the first day, a lighting mini event will be held!
By performance of handbell by inhabitants of a ward circle "music bell Niji", we enliven lighting.
