[Press Release] About loss of my number card grant-related documents

We lost documents (two or three cardboard boxes, for 1931 people) pertaining to the My Number Card issued in Minami Ward from January to March 2017, which were kept at the Minami Ward Office. Documents related to the grant were documents to be preserved until 2031 for 15 years, but it is likely that they were accidentally discarded when documents were discarded from 2017 to 2020.
My Number is not listed on the lost documents and there is no effect on the My Number Card.
To date, information such as the misuse of the contents described in the lost documents has been received.
