It was found that a staff member of the Minami Ward Life Support Division failed to certify the protection costs of social security recipients and carried out improper paperwork, such as supplementing a portion of the protection expenses with private expenses.
We deeply apologize for any such inappropriate cases, and we will thoroughly implement measures to prevent recurrence.
