As the COVID-19 pandemic has reduced opportunities for activities and lack of exercise has become an issue, Midori Ward will hold a workshop to learn Japanese traditional exercise "radio exercises" that everyone knows.
Let's have fun learning radio exercises with correct movements with instructors who are also active on TV!
