In Kohoku Ward, the largest population in Yokohama City (approximately 360,000), a large number of people will come to the office for procedures such as relocation of residents (transfer, transfer, relocation, etc.) and Seal Registration in Family Registry Division Registration Section. In particular, during the spring moving season, there are days when the average waiting time exceeds up to two hours, and we have been working to alleviate congestion and reduce waiting time.
This time, we will introduce a web ticketing system that allows you to make an order reservation on the day before coming to the agency, and further improve the inhabitant of a ward service (trial in January 2023, February 1, 2023 Operation starts on the day).
