We performed inhabitant of a ward vote for four final candidates selected by examination from 151 nicknames of Kohoku inhabitant of a ward Cultural Center received from inhabitants of a ward.
As a result, the "Miskey Hall", which received the most votes, was nicknamed the Kohoku Ward Cultural Center.
