We raise citizen opinions about the regulations (main point plan) about facilities of children's guidance office temporary shelter and standard of administration!

　In April 2024, following the revision of the Child Welfare Law, a new standard for facilities and operation unique to temporary shelter facilities (Cabinet Office Ordinance) was enacted.
　Temporary protection is a necessary measure to protect the safety of children, and Yokohama City has been providing support for temporarily protected children. The new national standards stipulate that children's rights protection and individual care should be promoted so that temporarily protected children can spend more peace of mind.
　In Yokohama City, based on national standards, we will establish "Ordinance on Standards for Facilities and Operation of children's guidance office Temporary Protection Facilities". Therefore, about the regulations (main point plan), we raise opinions of citizen's all of you.
