On October 16, 2019, the Committee made a report and recommendation to City Counsil and the mayor regarding the 2019 salary.
[Characteristics of this year's salary report]
Monthly salary has been revised and no special salary (bonus) has been revised
・Increase the starting salary and the monthly salary for young people to fill the gap of 257 yen (0.07%) with private salary
・There is no revision because the special salary (bonus) is balanced with the private sector payment ratio.
