The 17th Izumi Ward Taiko and Obayashi Festival is a major event in which groups belonging to the Izumi Local Performing Arts Preservation Society meet together. Every year, there is a standing audience, and it is very popular with residents of the city. This time, as a related event of the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development, the African music group "Bifal Revolution" will perform a special appearance.
