November 30 (Good care and nursing care) is the day of the "Life Conference" (Advanced Care Planning: "ACP") as defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW).
In Yokohama-shi, we carry out approach that utilized "what notebook" and "short drama" to push forward spread, enlightenment of "life meeting".
"Life Conference" will be publicized in various media on November 30.
