Yokohama City is working with private businesses to develop children's hospice as a facility that is open and supported by the community so that children and families with life-threatening illness do not become isolated from society.
The Yokohama Children's Hospice - Umito Sora no Uchi, the second place in Japan after Osaka and the first facility for Yokohama City, will open on November 21, 2021 in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama.
We will continue to promote awareness-raising activities so that the purpose of this activity is supported by more people and the circle of support will be further expanded.
