On January 22, 2025, Hodogaya Ward and Hodogaya-Asahi Ward Buddhist Church have signed an agreement to provide facilities in the event of a large-scale disaster.
Based on an agreement concluded between Yokohama City and the Yokohama City Buddhist Church in June 2022, this agreement is intended to obtain cooperation in providing facilities with Hodogaya-Asahi Ward Buddhist Church member temples in the event of a large-scale disaster.
