In 2008, Hodogaya Ward signed a partner city agreement with Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and has been interacting in various ways. This time, Ambassador Marieta will visit Tokiwadai Elementary School and interact with the children through Bulgarian folk dances and cultural introductions.
In addition, at three elementary schools in the ward (Butsumu Elementary School, Setogaya Elementary School, Hatsunegaoka Elementary School), we will introduce culture by Bulgarians and Meiji Co., Ltd., and conduct Bulgarian folk music and dance classes.
