Yokohama City announced the outline of the "Yokohama DX Strategy" on January 28, 2022, and is working with companies and universities with digital technology to solve administrative and local issues.
In Yokohama City, in order to improve the effectiveness of administrative service guidance using AI-powered robots, we will conduct demonstration experiments using CIJ's robot AYUDA and AYUDA-Míra at the Kanazawa Ward Office.
