　It was discovered that a staff member (doctor) of Yokohama City Minato Red Cross Hospital ("Yokohama city minato Red Cross Hospital") operated by the Japanese Red Cross Society as a designated administrator, lost the USB memory that stored the patient's personal information taken out for writing papers.
　We apologized to all patients in writing and set up a contact point in Yokohama city minato Red Cross Hospital.
　As of January 17 (Wednesday), USB memory has not been found, but no information leakage has been confirmed to the outside.
