On Monday, November 1, 2021, a Type 3 psychotropic drugs stored in the pharmacy department dispensing room of Yokohama City Minato Red Cross Hospital (3-12-1 Niiyamashita, Naka-ku, designated manager: Japanese Red Cross Society).
We checked with the relevant staff working in the pharmacy department and searched the hospital, but did not find the drug.
We sincerely apologize to all patients and related parties for their great concerns and concerns.
Please note that this case cannot be found in the hospital search, so we consulted with police department on Wednesday, November 10 and submitted a damage report on Thursday, November 11.
