Yokohama City x Yokohama Triennale x Mitsubishi Research Institute DCS collaborating with robots

Yokohama City (Mayor: Takeharu Yamanaka), Organizing Committee of Yokohama Triennale (Chair: Seiichi Kondo) and Mitsubishi Research Institute DCS Co., Ltd. (President: Hiroki Kameda) have signed an agreement between the three parties to conduct a workshop to experience art with robots.
At the Yokohama Triennale, as an open contemporary art festival, we aim to promote understanding across generations by providing opportunities for everyone to come into contact with diverse forms of expression across fields and times. At the 8th exhibition, which will be held in March 2024, children who rarely come into contact with contemporary art will participate in the Yokohama Triennale through workshops that utilize robots, with the aim of deepening their understanding of diverse expressions and values.
