We are looking for businesses to open a place to work in housing complex Sakonyama, Asahi-ku

　In Asahi Ward, we aim to establish "workplaces" as a place where all generations, including those who are raising children, gather to create community-based activities and take on the challenge of starting a business. At the Sakonyama housing complex (owned and managed by the UR Urban Organization) in Asahi Ward, where local activities are very active, we will conduct a demonstration experiment to analyze and verify the actual usage and effects after the establishment. The results obtained through experiments will be used to guide business functions to suburban areas and revitalize large-scale housing complex. In order to carry out this project effectively and efficiently utilizing the expertise and know-how of private businesses, we request proposals from businesses through public offering.
