Purpose of installation
It is set up as an advisory body of the mayor to plan democratic and effective administration of municipal administration public information, and we discuss the next matter according to inquiry of the mayor and report, or please report opinion.
- Thing about comprehensive plan of municipal administration public information.
- Matters related to the publication of public relations publications.
- Matters related to audiovisual publicity.
- Thing about public hearing.
- Other matters that the mayor deemed necessary.
